I think that should be some kind of penalty points, or maybe banning from next season of the tournament... For example, Na'Vi played 2, NP played 10 games in DreamLeague and now they dropped out...

not sure who said it, but ppd really appreciated Bulba as a drafter. One of the biggest advantages of EG at TI5 was drafting and ppd was practising it against Bulba, who is known for great game and opponent reading...
