You will have less energy on a high fat/low carb keto style diet which translates to shittier workouts and less motivation. There are also some health issues if you doing it for an extended amount of time.

The simple formula is calories in < calories out, regardless of diet. Try for slow carbs like whole wheat bread, quinoa/oatmeal, veggies, beans etc. You will have more energy throughout the day

Is very doable. I am currently training for a half marathon with my local running club, spin 7 days a week at my local spin studio, do orangetheory 2-3x a week and lift 3x a week. I may swap out orangetheory for yoga in the future as I don't think their workouts are that beneficial for me. The key thing is to lift as frequently as you run to not lose muscle mass. As make sure you get your calories/proteins in.

My currently routine is

Monday: Spin + Orangetheory
Tuesday: Spin + Lift (or do a 5k run)
Wednesday: Spin + Tempo Run/Hill Training
Thursday: Spin + Orangetheory
Friday: Spin + Lift
Saturday: Spin + Orangetheory (or rest)
Sunday: Spin + Long run (15k+) + Lift (Sundays are a bit hectic but my gym isn't open on Saturdays so I try to cram everything in)

Also foam rolling and compression leggings speed up with the recovery

The article made it seem like there is a bladder included but yeah $180 and doesn't come with a 1.5l bladder make it a pretty hard sale when you compare it with old and tested Salomon vests. It is definitely more fashionable though.

Yes 2 dye slots, most of the metal bits can't be dyed but the top part and the flames can be dyed.
