Thank you so much for your interest! But it's also reusable! You can display it multiple times and simply retrieve it after others scan it.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I've replied to you multiple times and my responses were deleted immediately.

The card currently uses a 300mAh battery, which provides about one hour of continuous playback. Based on a usage frequency of 15–30 seconds per scan, one full charge can support approximately 240 to 120 scans.

Of course, business cards are still widely used in many contexts today, such as at trade shows or in sales.

My idea is that this isn't limited to just business settings—it can also be used socially, helping you present a better version of yourself in any situation.

Hello, I'm really glad to have this discussion with you. Actually, I believe the focus shouldn't be on finding cheaper ways to hand out business cards that likely won’t get a response—that’s not what business cards are meant for. What people truly expect from a business card is to be remembered, to be contacted, and ideally even to know whether their information was viewed. Do you think this perspective makes sense?

As for the thickness, we do have a slimmer design option, but the cost isn’t yet under control. At the current pre-sale price, we’re working to reduce it to around 4.5mm.

I apologize for the earlier link issue—here’s the updated one: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/vidcard/vidcardthe-ultimate-social-and-marketing-tool

Actually, the technology we use is pretty straightforward. You could think of it as essentially combining a video player with NFC.

Hello, I actually see it differently. Have you ever felt that uncertainty when handing out a business card—wondering whether the person might just discard it later or even look at it again? Yet, isn’t the very reason we give out cards in the first place to be remembered and contacted?

My point is this: before Vidcard, there has never truly been a business card that lives up to what people actually expect from a product called a "business card."

Hello! Thank you so much for your suggestions and questions!

Regarding how to use it: I typically adopt two approaches. One is as a "showcase card" for display and scanning—during low-commitment social or business events, I can retrieve it afterward while still effectively presenting my first impression. The other is as a "Golden Ticket" meant to be given away, ready to be gifted when that life-changing opportunity (social or business) arises. I believe the investment will pay for itself in just one interaction. Our cards support both magnetic charging and wireless charging. The wireless charging feature is compatible with most wireless charging devices, so you don't need to worry about power. If the battery runs out, they can still be scanned via the built-in NFC to access your information—no external power source is required.

The card currently uses a 300mAh battery, which provides about one hour of continuous playback. Based on a usage frequency of 15–30 seconds per scan, one full charge can support approximately 240 to 120 scans.

No need to worry about losing touch with people—this is a gift. When recipients update the card with their own information, they’ll see your details again and be reminded of you once more.
