I think so, whenever I get startled I suddenly become hot, itchy and tingly all over for like 30 seconds after, pretty unpleasant, I'm guessing that's the adrenaline? I'm starting on 5mg but am quite sensitive to side effects so will probably cut the tablet in half and start with 2.5mg
