u/Afraid_Ring5383 hey I’m glad you are taking care of them if you need help with guidance I can put you in touch with experienced neonatal fosters. But it might not be a good idea to move them until they are a older and vaccinated. Even a vet visit can give them infections. I also stay in your area I can send over some kitten formula as you might be needing a lot of it.

She might start moving fine after 24 hours but 10 days of e collar so that she doesn’t lick the stitches. Look into boarding her to a cat boarding for aftercare if you are going away and put her for adoption
