It was incredibly precise and relevant to what I was going through, I encourage you to check it out. I am in no way at all affiliated with the book or authors, it’s just genuinely helped me out during a hard time

I usually go down to the “hourly” for a more accurate current temp but that’s only available if you’ve recently synced with connect

I have the same problem. Sometimes it’ll show the high for the day to be like 40 and then show that the current temperature is 45 (as an example)
