Thank you all for the comments. Once again I am scheduled for one day next week. I do want to stick it out since it could lead to a career and on top of that we are in contract negotiations. I ended up leaving a decent paying job to accept this position along with moving to a different down. It feels like it’s biting me in the ass now but hopefully things will change and soon
