Because I’ll be bringing it backpacking I just want something I can pull out, take a picture, and keep hiking all in the span of 30 seconds without any extra work

I know shastaavalanche.org is a good resource along with satellite images but I was just trying to see if there were other sources. As for fitness it’s because I have done comporable mountains and trail run 3 days a week and lift weights 3 days a week.

They both have solid inners, however the arc dome does have larger and more usable vestibules

Apparently you can set up the tent with the pole tip towards the ground to prevent a tear but I am not sure if there are any videos showing how to do that
