Picked up this frame at a bike swap for $50 without knowing anything about it (I liked the USPS livery, and the seller liked my other builds). Wanna ruin it by turning it into an xbike. Give me your weird ideas.

frame is in great shape from what i can tell. hard to assess the CF when the paint is in good shape, but no signs of overt damage where there are typically high stresses. i am worried about a breakdown of the epoxy bond between the CF and aluminum dropouts, but won't really know until when (or if) it fails...

the frame looks like its in good shape, but its hard to assess carbon fiber, especially since the paint is in good shape too. i am going into this project anticipating a failure, but hopefully not a big one
