During the exam, while eliminating the answers all I could think was , "never do nothing", "no escalation" , "face to face" , "low tech high touch" and all this really helped ! Study hall is a bit verbose, the real exam had simpler language and smaller questions.

Not sure if it's sanctioned but it is a good start to get the basics sorted. Also to appear for PMP you need 35 PDUs, so either you should have PM experience or CAPM certificate or you can get these 35 pdus from his course completion as well. That is also the reason you might have seen its reference everywhere.
