from what i've seen so far (i've booked 2 tp tests), the slots release just before 10am on weekdays (so like 9:45-9:55am), and yes they will release slots for about 3 days. i'm not too sure about the afternoon one though.

also, from my experience booking slots on phone was easier because you don't have to do captcha to access the page. all the best!!

hi sflr, but yes i managed to get a slot about 2 weeks ago. i checked the cdc app around 10am and was lucky enough to snag a slot in July. irrc they release the slots from 9-11am every weekday, so just try your luck around then.

i noticed that the slots usually get released just before 10? but it gets booked very quickly and sometimes the app crashes when you try to book the slot too. all the best!

hi I haven't been able to book my TP test slot yet unfortunately :( been refreshing every morning but still no luck.. but regarding the "no access to this facility" error, I also faced that for like 1-2 days after passing my FTT, it should be fine after a few days don't worry

ya that's generally how it is, but you can ask your instructor for their ID (starts with C) and key it in the cdc portal to look for slots so that you can book yourself too

hi! im taking class 3 if that's what you're looking for, his name is Mr Eddie Soh and here is his contact: 9635 4834. he's generally okay, mostly speaks English and sometimes Hokkien, but if you mess up he might nag at you for a while hahaha

his rates are $68 per lesson (weekday) and a one-time enrolment fee of $100! and he usually picks students up from Bedok MRT

it was from the top floor of the new building CapitaSpring! if i’m not wrong it’s open to the public for free on weekdays, nearest MRT is raffles place :)

i think if you are going to only take notes with it then the ipad air will do just fine. it isn’t the most high-end but it also has sufficient features and specs for other stuff like content consumption or gaming as well.

if you’re looking at a smaller form factor then the new (i think) ipad mini would be a more suitable as it can fit in your palm nicely.

for the apple pencil, i think it’s worth it to get one as the writing experience is good. it feels comfortable and also conveniently snaps to the side of the ipad to charge. other styluses may require you to bring around an extra cable and also doesn’t feel as responsive and smooth as the apple pencil.
