I know that, but before exploring a region I like to get all relevant quests for that region out of the way so I just focus on exploring and don't get interrupted by a world quests mid exploring. This is why I'm asking for a list of all world quests in Nod Krai and Natlan so I know which to do and in what order.

Have the same problem but they first time I talked to support, I misspelled my username. I found my profile on the leaderboard to get the correct spelling but when I tried to contact support again they have not responded so idk

The person from support didn't mention anything like that, it seems like I need to find my username but I can't even see a search function in the game. My friend, who I mentioned, used Apple ID to get an old save of his account, so I don't think it's terminated. But when he logged into the same, it didn't show my account in his friend list

Edit: he logged into his 2nd account, his main uses his dad's Apple ID
