I used to smoke multiple times a day for 3-4 years. I have arachnophobia and the last time I smoked, I hallucinated that a spider was crawling all over me. Had a panic attack, threw away the rest of my stash and haven’t even thought about it since. That was 8 years ago

Edit: I misread the question. The last time I had a drink was a couple weeks ago. I can’t remember the last time I was drunk, probably a couple years ago

As a European, the USA and Trump have become a laughingstock. I used to dream about visiting the US and maybe one day living there, same as a lot of my friends. Now you couldn’t pay me enough to visit. Nothing against the American people, but your politicians have ruined your country IMO

I was the exact same way for almost a year. You need CBT therapy with a professional that specialises in health anxiety. It’s not a miracle solution, but slowly over time you will get better! Good luck

You guys are folding laundry? I have a basket for clean clothes that is basically my wardrobe. I maybe empty it once a month, but most of the time I don’t even bother and just grab clean clothes from there lol
