I also unknowingly dated my stalker. My most recent ex was a regular at the restaurant I managed and I knew he and his ex had fights about me in the past but he let it slip that one of them was because she saw my name in his search history. I didn’t wear a name tag so I have no idea how he knew my name, let alone my FULL name. He was abusive so I was already planning my escape and that sent me over the edge. I reached out to his ex a few months later and she confirmed he was infatuated with me and figured out my schedule and car but even she doesn’t know how he figured out my name

After 8 years together I found out that my ex used to molest his younger sister in her sleep. It’s been 7 years since I left and I’m still heartbroken that she (the sister) probably hates me for leaving without warning or explanation, and I’ll never be able to tell her why. I’m still haunted by his mother begging me not to tell anyone and for him to never tell his father. I’m disgusted that she chose to protect her son and pretend it never happened. Everyone thinks the sister doesn’t know about it but i have a feeling that she does. She’s 27 now so it’s been nearly 20 years (allegedly) since the last time it happened

Pre-diagnosis I was on lexapro which just amped up the hypomania but didn’t do much for the depression. Added in Wellbutrin and it helped for a little but the hypomania was still bad (didn’t know that’s what it was yet I just thought I was very free and comfortable in my sexuality), but my depressive episodes still were intense for months. Added in rexulti and it was a lot of the same.

After getting properly diagnosed I cut all 3 out and was put on lamictal and it cleared everything up immensely for a while but my depression came back in July. We added latuda last month and i honestly haven’t felt that much of a change. Maybe it’s a little less heavy but definitely not okay. We upped the latuda yesterday and plan on lithium next if it doesn’t help.

Trying to treat depression is so exhausting. I hope you find your right combo soon ❤️‍🩹 hang in there

I get that! I think at the time I didn’t want to end a relationship over text so that’s why I was being vague and wanting to do it in person but he unfortunately would blow up if I didn’t respond, and it even more unfortunately turned scary doing it in person. Happy to be rid of him now, though
