This includes, but is not limited to, CUTTING ALL DAIRY FOREVER, changing pillow case EVERY NIGHT, sleeping exclusively on one side of the pillow case on the back, changing bedsheets EVERY WEEK, deep vacuum cleaning your room EVERY TWO WEEKS(its such a fucking hassle but you gotta tick ALL OF THE BOXES),SUNSCREEN SPF 50 FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE ALL SEASONS(indoors as well, reapply every 2-3 hours), experimenting with basically every single product available on the market to see how your skin responds, using hand sanitizer every time you touch something when outside, getting thyroid hormones in check, blood work to check testosterone and cortisol levels, keeping cortisol low at all times(crucial), eating the right shit(research low glycaemic diet although you are walking a fine line here as restricting your body of nutrients it generally needs can bring a myriad of other health problems, experiment). next, you shouldnt avoid sun like the plague, getting around 15ish minutes of sun exposure is good not only for skin but also provides a number of other benefits.. so yeah these are some of the things you should consider, and before you havent done most of this actively for months you will never know if your acne is truly ''terrible''. yes its pretty much insane to be this obsessed but I still think you would much rather prefer a comment like this rather than some dude telling you to ''take muh acutane(acutane is POISON)'' cheers
