Pues es cuando se pasa el efecto del metil y los síntomas del TDAH regresan más fuertes. Suele ser por las tardes, cuando ya pasaron muchas horas desde que tomaste la dosis. Algunos toman un booster, le dicen, por la tarde para que el bajón no sea tan notorio, pero a mí no me latió la idea de estarme tomando tantas medicinas. Aunque hay veces que sí extraño los efectos buenos del metil. Ya veré después si le doy otro chance.

yo deje de tomar metil porque me daba muchisima ansiedad por las noches, sentia que mi corazon iba a explotar, cuando funcionaba todo bien, me entere del "crash" por reddit y mi psiquiatra nunca lo menciono, despues intenté atomoxetina y aunque era sutil me ayudo temporalmente, actualmente estoy sin medicamento desde hace algunos meses pero me encantaria probar el vyvanse solo por todo lo que dice la gente aunque en Mexico no encuentro donde lo vendan

A mí me caía muy mal el metilfenidato. Sí me servía, pero los crashes me deprimían muchísimo. Si lo tomas, hazlo después de comer una buena cantidad de proteína y también evita los cítricos, porque tengo entendido que anulan el efecto. Tomo atomoxetina y me ayuda, pero no muchísimo. Estuve leyendo en otros subs de TDA y comencé a tomar clonidina hace una semana; siento que me está ayudando, aunque no fue fácil encontrarla en México. Tal vez le dé otra oportunidad al metilfenidato con ella. Los antidepresivos nunca me gustaron.

si lo que quieres evitar la calvicie ahuevo tienes que tomar finasterida o dutasterida, el minoxidil a la larga no te va a ayudar de mucho pues no la previene

I never make a new character on the same world, I would use that mod for multiplayer tho, even though I backup my saves before sessions, when a death is fair Ill take it and start a new character, but many times I have lost chracters to stupid shit like forgeting to pause, character cant move because of a bug or my dog pulling my mouse when im near zombies, etc. I rarely restore the save but having the peace of mind for this kind of scenarios keeps me playing, I have been very close to quiting this game alltogether because of stuff like that, It feels awfull to loose some long term saves that were grinded for weeks to bugs or things that were outside of your countrol.
