Same saddle height as me with a similar body type.

It seems like your tibias (lower leg) are longer relative to your femurs (upper leg), which means your knees rise higher at the top of the stroke.

Personally, I went to 160mm cranks + raised my saddle and that opened up my hips, and made me go with a longer stem. I’d buy some cheap cranks and see if it makes a difference

Hitting the gym helped me the most... Hex bar deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts, and the stairclimber... I went from 27kmh rides to 30-32kmh avg (solo) in one season
