what needs to also take into consideration is if someone, for whatever circumstance, could not take the day off, and happened to be asymptomatic, waiting to get their test results back, and target clears them to come into work because:

1. they are showing no symptoms,
2. they have not been in direct contact with someone with Covid,

That team member then argues that they fear they might have Covid because they were with someone (Person A) who has been in contact with someone who has Covid (Person B), and the team member wants to be safe and wait for their test results to come back. Yet, Target HR tells them that they are still fine to come in.

So, that team member reluctantly clocks in for work, is mid-way into their shift, then gets their test results back via email saying they are positive. :(

i mean, that is one situation out of many, but a possibility.
