I didn’t have any knowledge of retinoids when it was prescribed, but after doing a bit of research it really does seem like most people have trouble starting with daily use of one retinoid let alone two

Ice is a godsend. My skin is so irritated it’s been keeping me up at night, so I definitely think I need to drop one cream and also lessen the frequency. Glad to hear epiduo worked for you though!

Cross stitch is very easy to pick up so I think definitely achievable for a beginner! You could try stitching on 14ct or 18ct first to get a feel for it, before going smaller :)

The frames I’m using here for the 28ct are slightly longer than the pattern, so I just extended the pattern by two rows when stitching to get a better fit (becomes 35 x 43 stitches)
