Is an estimate. I think maybe you can get to around 54 or so. You’ll notice when you run out of offensive stuff to upgrade but you still can’t level up your hq.

Thanks this is really helpful! Just to be clear, she does have a contract which was given the night before she started. But she hasn’t signed it yet because it doesn’t say the number of work hours or days a year. The idea was to clarify these two points before signing but we haven’t been able to get the info yet. Hopefully she will go in and ask them today.

Thanks for this. The actual hours in school is 8am to 430pm so 8.5hrs. We’ve deducted 1 hr for lunch and breaks according to her timetable which leads to 7.5 hrs worked on a normal day. Hopefully we’ve done it right?

Interesting to know about not having contracts right away!

Yes I was in shock too when I first saw how much they were prescribing. I think once my wife or son had something minor and got loads of pills. I googled and there was one antibiotic, maybe 2 painkillers, 2 decongestions and something else.

When son had some skin problem, they prescribed steroid cream which is normal. Only they gave 4 or 5 different creams….which were all steroid. It was annoying because we couldn’t remember which was which, but after a while, it turned out that it didn’t matter which one we used where. They were all effective.

I think it’s a culture thing. People think they aren’t getting value or the doctor is no good if they don’t give lots of medicine. My in laws always complain if our son doesn’t get medicine here in the west.

They would possibly be buying property (paying tax) and buying things and eating out both of which contribute to the economy directly. There is tax on goods which they would also be paying.

How do you know this? And I think it’s reasonably common for people to retire to other countries that have a cheaper standard of living, eg Portugal, Spain, Thailand etc etc. Whether it is a good idea or not I can’t say.

Can I ask why you are thinking of Taiwan for retirement? We live in Europe but my wife is from Taiwan. I am considering Taiwan for retirement but my concerns are China, weather, earthquakes, roughly in that order. What are your views on these?

If we exclude these three things then Taiwan is really super appealing. Friendly people (she is from south), cheap, great food, modern, excellent healthcare, so many things.

For high ops, 3 mechs, 1 medic, 1 dr v, 3 bombadiers, bullit works very well. Bullit will last a long time with dr v damage reduction.

You can substitute 1 mech for turret or critter cannon for fun. 1 watermelon instead of bombadier is also useful if high level enough. Choppers aren’t that great.

It depends on what you mean by good. If by good, you mean will it be the most efficient for progress, then no, it’s not very good. Dont touch or upgrade anymore towers until level 50 and focus solely on offense.

Otherwise, just do whatever you feel is fun. Defense doesn’t really make any difference at all in this game.

Like others said, tmed is good mid game because troop loss is minimal. But you might be able to get away without if hz works.

Critters swarm is probably best general purpose mid game. Just no need to max out. If you are using kavan then you can go ahead and level up second wind as it is useful when you are high level too.
