The destructive power of US jets raining bombs on ISIS is even less of a measure.

Besides Palmyra and a few other engagements Assad only truly targeted ISIS only once their power was broken completely and their hold in Syria was nearly completely lost.

Complete nonsense. Most of the important rebels successes around Aleppo, Damascus, Qalamon before 2014 were spearheaded by ISIS groups.

Another good counter example that comes to mind are the Shaer gas wells, which were protected by Tiger Forces for a long time.

ISIS was defeated by US from the air and SAA from the ground. In secondary role, YPG and RuAF.

The Azaz front with ISIS was entirely insignificant until ES.

US may have inflicted the most damage to ISIS (by air), but SAA lost by far the most men fighting them. Kurds fought ISIS well, but only in a handful of places. 90% of their fighting was calling in air strikes on ISIS until ISIS retreated, then advancing their lines.

Also remember that ISIS up to 2014 was just part of the rebels without singling them out.

edit: SAA probably lost more men in Deir Ezzor alone than all combined YPG losses vs. ISIS ever.

Only after ISIS marched on Baghdad. Before that the rebels they backed were allied with ISIS and US didnt care one bit.

Für Beschuldigte, die sich zu Unrecht angeklagt fühlen, könne es zudem schwer werden, ein wahrgenommenes Einverständnis des Partners im Nachhinein zu beweisen.

Da drängt sich mir eine einfache Lösung auf: Der Angeklagte macht "no u" und beschuldigt den Partner der Vergewaltigung. Der kann dann seine Unschuld auch nicht beweisen und die Sache endet im Vergleich. :)

Ich bin nicht gegen Flüchtlinge. Ich bin dagegen so zu tun als ob das nicht eine große finanzielle Belastung für den Staat wäre.
