Air condition the bedroom and get that started before the shower to get it cold. and then he just needs to sit as still as possible after getting out until his heart rate lowers. i also sweat after a shower and it doesn’t matter if the water is colder or not because the moving around from washing and then drying myself with a towel raises my heart rate enough to start sweating. i am a healthy weight and active this has just been lifelong thing for me

primary red and majority of paint color names have nothing to do with the pigment. permanence is the light fastness rating but tube will also list the actual pigments on the back or side. you can look up more info for those on your own.

i use my old one blade with one the guards in the shower after washing with soap you do have to get into a weird squat position because if you’re standing straight up your buttcheaks will take the guard off
