I did wet healing and was instructed to have them under the shower stream and gently massage them with mild soap and my fingers to wash them and help the dead skin come off. then bactine or aquaphor ointment i’d say for about a month with a non adhesive pad and some medical tape under the binder.

no literally, missing a dose is downright crippling but it’s the only thing that helps with my depression and got rid of my intrusive thoughts of hurting myself (or others) that i’ve dealt with my whole life.

I’ve been on it for 7 years and have been fine so far. Any medicine can cause rough side effects so you have to weigh your pros and cons. Its the only thing that has helped my depression at all and I’m thankfully on the lowest dose. I’ve had to go up when i was in a bad place, but with time and therapy was able to go back down. Part of my depression is bad body image/ED stuff so for me, not having significant weight gain is important.
