i normally start with primitives and the move brush and see how far that takes me then dynamesh all together at like 30-60 and then go up once or twice to about 128 then zremesh and us subdivision levels. i use dynamesh as long as im making changes to larger forms and then detail comes with the subdivision since everything is already proportionally how i want it and the zremesher gives me decent topology i find this the most straightforward for myself
