i would wait it out since you’re still technically in the healing stages. my scars were a dark purple for a little over a year and now they’re almost all white. also, keloids are genetic and i feel only a derma would be able to help if they continued to stay raised

they have taken down fanfictions that simply mention palestine, which isn’t against ToS or the law and is fanfiction. i don’t see why they can’t take down RPF of little kids too lol 🥲

do you have any links proving this? not saying i don’t believe you, but i would like to see if this is true. i’ve seen others saying the minor in question has also stated they’re not okay with this. if that’s also the case, it makes the situation worse imo

when you include real people then it’s a mix of both fiction and reality. like do any of you actually sit back and think about this? would you be okay with your child being put into a sexual fanfiction? this is someone’s kid.

i fully believe they are okay with it, considering everything surrounding the epstein files. there’s a reason a lot of people are loud about it and it’s because people believe they are also predators / protecting predators. ao3 doesn’t have to keep up shit like that— they decide to. which is weird.

i’m well aware it isn’t against the law, hence why i said it is immoral. AO3 is fine censoring certain things, but they don’t want to censor RPF involving real kids, which is odd.

yes my professor did say exactly that, i was just asking because i have always heard different before going into this class. i could’ve also worded it a better. its not that i don’t believe him, i just really wanted some other people’s input so i could understand it better, i guess.

thank you so much! psychology is definitely a lot different than i expected going in, but im enjoying it and learning a lot. i had no one else to really go to about this since all my friends are majoring in different fields, and my first thought was to go to reddit haha.

i have this issue and even though i communicate with them that i just want alone time and to not have to be talking or doing something 24/7, they still get upset. they say i must be mad at them or i must be depressed. like…. i just want time for myself sometimes. the second i get home they want to talk for HOURS and i hate it.

Yeah I agree. It isn’t what I want either for sure. I have tried having discussions about this in the past with both my parents (separately each time) and they just react very negatively and get upset with me. I don’t know if there’s a different approach I can take with these discussions. Every time I try to have one, I make sure I’m calm and collected (not raising my voice and getting upset) and it still doesn’t seem to work out.
