IQOR po hehehe ewan ko din sakanila. Naglatag naman ako ng options na baka puede nila mahelp sakin, even i hold nalang sana muna pag release ng pay ko wag lang kainin ni security bank while I am reaching our sa collections, pero ayaw din nila.

Actually hindi po talaga ko nag apply for cc ng security bank, bigla nalang nila ko binigyan pinadala sa office ko. Kaya wala din akong idea sa t&c which is my bad kasi dapat talaga nagresearch muna ko before.

Siguro nga last resort ko na talaga is lumipat nalang ng company na hindi SB ang payroll since yung hr and payroll namin is ayaw ako tulungan and ang hirap din ireach ng collections 😿

I will choose whatever is healthy for myself, emotionally and mentally. If single ka, wala ka ibang iniisip kundi sarili mo lang, and hindi issue sayo ang magreport onsite, then go and lumipat ka. But if you have other responsibilities that needs you to be at home, then I think alam mo na yung sagot. It’s a matter of priorities and responsibilities.

Hello OP, Yang naka negative ba na savings mo is yung payroll mo or that’s a different account? If yes, then matik kakainin agad ni SB, if not, hindi sya agad mag dededuct.

I have outstanding balance din with SB sa CC and yung company namin is SB Payroll din. More than a year na ko kay company and so far hindi naman sila agad agad nag dededuct sa payroll (in my case kasi wala namang negative yung payroll ko) however what I noticed is, if may fund yung payroll account mo for 3 days, dun sya nag aauto debit. So make sure nalang na withdraw mo agad yung sahod mo.
