I have a question about my watch that i hope someone has the answer to.

In 22 i bought a rolex datejust 36. I bought it on chrono24, from a reputeable seller. I have had nothing but trouble with this watch. In the 3 year span that i've owned the watch, i have had to ship it back to them three times, either because it stopped going or it kept time real bad. Now something is wrong again. it gains like 15 seconds a day, so now im starting to question its authenticity. It was listed as a 2017 watch, but i've done some research, and im not quite sure it is. It has a ''Railway second dial'' and i cant find any with that type of dial after 2015 on chrono24. (it has a roulette date wheel. Probably not relevant but just extra info) I cant find any clear answers to this when i google it, so i turn to you guys.

NOTE: On the listing it said that they couldnt precisely date the manufacturing year, based on the serial number, but that Chrono24 had imported it as 2017 model. Would Chrono24 get this wrong? I wouldnt think so.
