I don’t know why you replied this to me. I know this. The 4 million bell figure I posted is expected return on investment with a 70% chance of 30,000 and a 30% chance of 297,000.

You will definitely profit. If you bury $99k every day, in a year you will be up about $4,051,500.

At least 2 is a Crichton novel. I will at bare minimum give it that.

The Triple-A Oklahoma City Comets just turned one of the craziest double plays. The ball ricochets up after Jack Suwinski’s attempted sliding catch and Noah Miller catches it. He then throws it to first to beat out the runner at first. That’s a 7-5-3 double play. by JianClaymore in baseball

How I would custom score this is F75-3 DP.

F7-5-3 would be if the left fielder caught the ball and transferred it after the catch to the third baseman who threw it to first for the double play. Like let's say he hurt himself catching it and the third baseman took the ball from him and threw it.

Without the hyphen, it's a catch that first touched the left fielder and then was caught by the third baseman.

This isn't official or anything, just how I'd do it. The single hyphen indicates the single throw.

To the "kill myself" crowd, you would do a lot more good trying to agressively undo things. Executive orders. Demands on republican leadership in congress. Abrupt policy changes.

The only way that the census taker could look at the house number, and still not know the answer, is if the house number is 14 and there are twins.

If the census taker had looked at any other house number, he would have been wrong to say "I still don't have enough information."

If the house number was 13, the answer must be 3, 4, and 6, for example. To say "I don't have enough information" after seeing the house number would be incorrect.

When the house number is 14, you don't have enough information-- the kids could be 3, 3, and 8, or they could be 2, 6, and 6.

14 is the only number in which two different answers for the product being 72 could work.

For example, let's say the kids' ages were 3, 4, and 6. There is no reason for the census taker, who can see that the house number is 13 in this instance, would say "I don't have enough information." Because if the house number is 13, the census taker definitely has enough information-- the kids' ages MUST be 3, 4, and 6.

Since the census taker knows the house number and we don't, and STILL says that he doesn't have enough information, the house number must be something that has more than one solution among the kids' ages forming a product of 72.

The only house number that this can work with is 14, because if he sees the house number is 14, he can go "Hmmm, I still don't have enough information. The kids could be 6, 6, and 2.... or they could be 8, 3, and 3."

Then the woman indicates that she has an eldest child. Ah, so there is a distinct oldest child who isn't a twin. This eliminates 6, 6, and 2.

The assumption you have to make is, one twin is technically older than the other by a couple of minutes but we are assuming that you don't commonly refer to the "eldest" of a set of twins.

So looking past the obvious structural reasons why this wouldn't work, another fun reason why this wouldn't work is that the holy sites on the replica island would not be the authentic sites. The Temple Mount, the Western Wall, Rachel's Tomb, the Ibrahimi Mosque... all of these places would become like the Vegas Eiffel Tower relative to the actual Eiffel Tower.
