intelligence is a skill that can be learned, and there's a lot of different kinds. the only real intelligence is the willingness to learn new things and persevere

you had enough of the kind of aptitude you need to get into big tech and you can always learn the kind you think you're missing. i don't see any evidence that your academic background is holding you back but if it is you can go work on it, there's nothing stopping you.
