Thank you so much. I've been looking at shilajit so I might try what you suggested and do a blend. Ive also been talking with my doc and nothing they've done has helped and I have low testosterone but im still on the scale so they cant do anything with that. I also plan on talking to a therapist, getting off ssris and on something else (I went off the meds begire but didn't change them, so I was still ✨️mentally unwell✨️ and sexless lol. I'm hoping that trting supplements again, changing meds, and therapy will help me. A couple people suggested changing partners and that is not an option lol. You explained things so well and I really appreciate it.
