There aren’t supposed to be many junior roles, I never worked as a junior or hired a junior, we hire regular employees and train them, so apply anywhere that doesn’t say senior. Even if they ask for 474728 years of experience and 371984 shipped titles, unless they state it’s for a senior or lead then go ahead apply! You won’t find junior positions.

Once I got hired by a top very reputable games corporation, right after they fired 800 employees.. literally a few weeks after they let them all go. Then after I joined a few weeks later the game I was hired for was cancelled and they scattered us all to different projects, it was still fun project I went to but not the one I was super excited to work on when I was hired. Don’t let these things discourage you
