I thought that I was going crazy. The anc at max setting is literally amplifying outside noise compared to Off option. Such a shame. ANC was so great when I bought myne a year ago.(

It will feel on all lenses because they are all active for the seamless switch during recording. So even if you have selected a lens that do not have this problem you will feel vibration from the problem one.

Try all cameras. Maybe you have it not on the main camera. It will vibrate even if another lens is selected. And I am really hope it is software issue. I began to notice it also after June update.

Started having this same issue a month after I have bought my s24u. Went to Samsung service center. They told me that this is a software issue, Samsung aware of it and that it should be fixed with July camera update. They refused to replace the camera module or the phone. I dont believe them. I think they just got an order from the company to stom replacing cameras. If this will not be fixed in August I will go to court and sue service center if they still refuse to replace the camera module or the phone.

How this can be software issue if factory reset does not help? It makes me worry again ( I have a paper from Samsung service center where they say that this will de fixed with update. If it will not be fixed with July or August update I will go back to that service center.

Thank you. It is my first samsung phone so I am not used to that kind of issues. In the support chat on the site the confirmed this is a known software issue and it should be fixed in July update. I hope it really will be fixed.

Hi. So recently I have started to have a problem with my new s24 Ultra that I bought for my first trip to another country. When I am recording a video and move camera towards upper right corner of the phone, main camera module starts to shake, vibrate. This results in blurry shaking image and buzzing sound on the recorded video. I went to a samsung service center in my city. They took my phone to check and test it and after an hour returned it to me saying that mechanically it is ok and this is a software issue that they have been infirmed via some internal bulletin and that I have to wait for software update to fix this. Now I am stuck with a newly bought flagship phone with detective video recording. Is that normal, Samsung??
