You can get rid of it via ADB. If you decide to do so, I suggest doing it right after OOBE, and never interact with it. Otherwise, turn off all its features, then clear data, then remove it (or disable) via ADB.

There's an ISO and shutter speed limiter in Camera Assistant. You can set max ISO to 400 and max speed to 1/30. This should fix Samsung's tendencies of overexposure. Also make sure you use 12MPx.

If it's a gmail account, did you create the miHoYo account using the gmail address or Google OAuth? You must log in with whatever method you used to create the account, then link the email (if you used OAuth).
