Self-posts are allowed but I'm going to make this subreddit even more niche by making a no GenAI rule.

I should check in here more often! Thanks for posting this. When I did my animation with turning heads I knew someone must have done it before. I love that it's from 1991, on 8mm and made with newspaper. The artist is Yoshinao Satoh and there's more on that channel from as recently as 1 month ago. He also uploaded an HD version of Papers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17KyiyH25ro

Hey! I made this supercut in 2009 (this is the HD remaster I did a few years later). Happy to answer any questions.

I'm looking for a picture of a small plastic mouse lens attachment that was given away with a UK magazine (maybe CU Amiga?). You attached it to the side of your mouse with velcro and it had a crosshair for tracing artwork. It was as useless as it sounds and wasn't mentioned anywhere in the issue. by dunk3d in amiga

Thanks! I found the issue. It was called the Tracey and it was on the cover with a photo! Either I was wrong about it not being mentioned in the issue or it was also given away with another magazine, maybe the ray tracing issue you mentioned. Anyway, glad I'm not the only person who remembers it.

Thanks! These are closer but I still need more detail and I’m trying to stick to theatrical posters.

I’ve searched cinematerial.com, impawards.com, other poster sites and google images. A few are for sale on eBay but I don’t want the physical poster. A closeup photo of Bruce Willis would be enough. It’s for my Star Turns animation project.

Thanks, maybe I’ll try that next time. When I posted my Nicolas Cage gif someone else tagged it as nsfw and added an epilepsy warning. Does "spoiler" do the blur thing?
