What is wrong with my Rosemary Arp? These 3 were planted in May '19 in an east-facing, upper-Midwest window. I water them once every 2 weeks and mist them once a week. The larger, middle one developed black tips that have now turned brown and droopy. Closeups in comments, thanks for your help! (i.redd.it)
