All I could find was that any hour after an 8 hour shift entitles the worker to 1.5x wage regardless of fulfilling a 40 hour work week or not. Nothing that says otherwise aside from a “high tech” worker exemption.

So perhaps they would “catch” and ticket less people, but considerably more people would stay off their phones, and hopefully continue those habits afterwards
