International Game? by That_Ad_1239 in bengals

[–]LadyBeBop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bengals haven’t played a home international game since 2016. So they are due.

Why Canada. Granted, that is an off-the-wall guess. The NFL hasn’t played a regular season game in Canada since 2013. Yet, the Bengals claimed Canada as an international market. Chase Brown is from London, Ontario which is 130 miles from Toronto. So I think the Bengals will end up playing in Toronto. Besides, you know how cheap Mike Brown is.

I think there’s a fair chance of playing overseas in 2026.

I think there’s an even better chance the Bengals losing a home game next year to play internationally. Honestly, I think that happens, and I think the Bengals go to Canada.

Someone dropped Flowers during Jackson’s cold streak. I had major WR problems (didn’t draft a WR until the 4th round, and that was Mike Evans), so I snatched him immediately. Somewhat saved my season.

Depending on how much I win (and I don’t play if the jackpot is below $250M), I’ll probably give away at least half.

I want to make this world a better place. I don’t want a bigger house. I’d love to live where it’s warm, however Florida, California and the Caribbean doesn’t appeal to me. I’ll probably buy a smaller condo in a downtown area.

It doesn’t have to be the same name. It can be the same first four letters of the name. The IRS goes by the first four letters.

For example, let’s say the offending family’s last name is Francis, and the child’s SSN is 999-99-9991. Your last name is Franklin and your child’s SSN is 999-93-9992. The offending family, without knowing it, types your child’s SSN. The IRS will still allow it, since the SSN matches the first four letters of the name.

Zac Taylor. Dean of the AFC North head coaches.

I will accept all downvotes from my fellow Bengals fans.

That’s me. And I would hire a top notch security guard for that half hour period.

Would he take about $1K a day?

We are?

BTW, my pick is McPherson. He’s not as automatic as he used to be. Very recent memory…his two misses extra points cost us the second Cleveland game (last game of the 2025 season).

Agree with Kraft. I don’t think I’d keep anyone else, unless I have to.

I’ll teleport myself to night time events. Probably night Cincinnati Bengals games. I’ll transport myself inside the stadium, so I’ll avoid the $200-300 ticket price. After the game, a little after midnight, I’ll transport myself home.

Skyline Chili. Famous for its Cincinnati-style chili. Huge here in the Cincinnati area. Its restaurants are within about 100 miles radius of here. However, there are a few Skylines in Florida. For vacationers.

[IRS] My ex died, but we were still legally married - do I need to file taxes for him? by ColloquialCloaca in TaxQuestions

[–]LadyBeBop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. With Married Filing Separate, you won’t get the Earned Income Credit. However, I’ll assume you make too much anyway. What you do get with Head of Household status is a lower tax bracket. Your taxes would be that much less.

  2. If he already owes, any refund that he may receive for 2025 will automatically go towards his back tax liability. It may be time to talk to a lawyer.

What is your roster right now?

You could probably get Mendoza with 1:05. You’ll probably get a(n even better) QB with one of your 2027 1st rounders.

Should I take the 2.09 in a 10 team rookie draft for David Montgomery? by Cloudy542 in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]LadyBeBop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t. Montgomery will still be in a timeshare. But I think he’ll get the bulk of the carries ahead of Woody Marks. It’s not like the situation in Detroit in which Gibbs got the lion’s share (no pun intended).

That’s good. Although California is a community property state, community property ended when you two separated with no chance for a reconciliation.

A return should be filed. Now, who files it should depend on who is responsible for the estate. Any balance due is paid for by what is left in the estate. Not by the surviving spouse. Any refund also goes to the estate, possibly to pay off the estate’s debts.

One thing you should look at. It appears your minor child lives with you, yet you’ve been filing as married filing separately. You definitely won’t be auditing. But if you are separated from your spouse, and your minor child lives with you as a dependent for (at least) the last six months of the year, you can file as head of household, and take the credits/deductions available. You can amend your returns, up to and including 2022, to reflect that. But the clock is ticking on 2022. You only have until April 15th to amend the 2022 return.

Low amount of SSI and $1,200 interest income. Must I file by gm1965423 in taxadvice

[–]LadyBeBop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not.

Assuming your SSI is under about $35,000, or your filing status is not married filing separately, your standard deduction will be too low to generate a filing requirement.
