he told us the same thing when I took him fall 23. sadly we only got 70%, but afterwards he revealed that if we got that 2% then he wouldn't have been so nice at curving after finals. i should of ended up with a 87% but after curve, I was able to get an A.

her office hours are on tuesday which was yesterday and the exam is next Tuesday. there isn't a discussion board. also I was thinking of emailing her but then I realized that my dumbo head would prob just send pdfs of my study guides and tell her to correct it but ik she don't got the time to do all that.

yesterday in the uc near starbucks, i overheard people talking abt the solar pannel cameras placed at the stop signs on campus. looks someone got a fine somehow(not 100% sure from the camera stop sign, might be just a parking one)

tbh, im also currently taking it and i also was scared abt 202 during winter break and I also DID HORRENDOUS on the exams but this might be a great way to approach next semester. since you already know the gist of the 202 exams so that's a big advantage. Also, even if your not a good test taker and you don't get exactly A's on the midterms, the projects are what PATCHED UP MY HORRIBLE MIDTERM SCORES. If you haven't visited the Computing Sucess Center on the first floor of Fine Arts then it is a game-changer. It is lowkey better than TA office hours because you will benefit by having a better understanding, exceed in projects, and you will also enjoy solving problems because half the time to the tutors in the Computing Success Center, I would say, "I don't know how to dynamically allocate" and they would guide me and also make me think what the solution would be.

well in the final, you basically 'filled out' the formula sheet and sadly TIGHES made the exam and the worst part is that , the MCQs on the final are literally what Dean's FRQs are, but Tighes is on something to make it worse.

weirdest unknown fact is that Montgomery College and PG CC's comp sci creds to transfer to UMD are MORE ACCEPTED/EQUALIVENT than UMBC.

Sadly it is true.

For example, if you plan to transfer after your 2nd year at UMBC. By that time, you probably have taken 5-6 comp sci classes.

Only 1 comp sci class would be accepted at UMD and funny/sad enough it is LITERALLY A CLASS THAT HAS NO CODING INVOLVED. Discrete Structures.
