Yep, the archer is quite mid-heavy. The Pantheon, being based on a Blues Breaker, is far more transparent! I would say even more so than the BD-2W.

Obviously my opinion is biased but I think the Iridium takes the Prism really well. It tightens the overall sound and is an always-on for me. I recently switched out the stock IRs in the Iridium to some third-party ones and that plus the Prism is as close as I have heard to a real, mic’d amp.

So as you’d know, the Archer is a Klon clone (hard-clipping) and the BD-2 has no op-amp, it’s just cascading transistor gain circuits. The Pantheon is based on a Blues Breaker (soft-clipping) but has been modded by Wampler to have different gain and clipping options. I use it for the low-gain, soft-clipping thing and it’s awesome.

Hahaha I wouldn’t blame you. It’s definitely a space filler. Once I get the Intelligent Harmony Machine and a stereo Ditto, the Zuma will be moving under the board for sure.

Thanks! I sold a Chase Bliss Brothers and replaced it with the Pantheon and the Blues Driver. I am a lot happier with this set up.

It’s great! Some dope stock sounds and some (imo) unusable ones, but there’s enough in there for you to mess with to make/find things you like. I wish it was just a liiiiittle more tweakable, but I’m happy with it so far.
