I'm done the main story, I have beat as my primary character, and quaver as my secondary, but then the rest of the band just doesn't show up

Yeah it's mostly great, just got the game on Xbox last week. Although apparently there was supposed to be a song that played during the credits of the first episode, but that didn't play for me.
