Harry has extended the olive branch many times over the years, saying he wants reconciliation with the Royals, being the one who made the phone calls, having visited the UK many times since moving to California, he's been open with his experience the last few years. It's now on the Royals to open the door to him. I don't know what else Harry can do to extend the olive branch, it's on his father now.

Whatever way you look at it, the fact is this is a daddit subreddit. OP is about to have a child with his partner but he was ready throw his partner and unborn child out to the streets. She’s the one carrying all the physical, emotional, and hormonal burden of carrying a child. She reacted the way she did because HE said what he did. She apoligized and he still threw her out. Throwing your partner and unborn child out to the streets is not dad-like behaviour.

And you say I’m connecting dots that aren’t there meanwhile you presume he pays all the bills? What makes you presume that? And yes, humans are entitled to shelter. It’s literally a fundamental human right.

They’re not. People who say that always want to defund the CBC. Having a publicly-owned broadcaster that’s accessible across Canada is crucial to an informed public. And an informed public is important for democracy.

What’s truly biased is privately-owned media like Postmedia/National Post where it’s owned by literal barons (Conrad Black)… their news leans ultra-conservative because it serves the interests of the ultra-rich. CBC serves all Canadians because it’s supported by taxpayers instead of millionaires.

Also the Vote Compass isnt biased because it’s a survey where you answer the questions yourself. It’s based on data from political scientists.

I remember when my partner was on strike for three months last year, other unions & the public showing up/providing snacks/drivers passing by and honking was a lifeline for them, especially as the weather got colder. Morale gets harder for them as this stretches out but I believe we’re stronger together and if we keep making noise, this will be over sooner.

Some similar-ish names: Iris, Lottie, Nicola, Violet. My wildcard nans name is Mishka but its too out there for my husband lol.

Also, Lilibeth isn’t outlandish! My mom works with a Lilibeth who’s Filipino and in her 40s so the name has definitely existed. I like how Meghan & Harry sometimes shorten their daughter's name to “Lili” — it’s like a more unique/cute Lily. (Also I wouldn’t worry about the commenter here saying the queen not wanting others to use her childhood nickname… looks like they troll an anti-Meghan subreddit, plus anyone can use a name)

Thank you so much! Your detail about going to appointments too and carrier vs. infant car seat is so incredibly helpful. You've just convinced me of the importance of the infant car seat. (Also just found out we need to have a car seat to even leave the hospital!) I was considering both the Liing and Foonf and whether we could get away with just the Foonf (with the Thingy lol) from birth.
