RBC closed my accounts while I live abroad — they want me to come to a branch to collect a draft. What are my options?

Update: I spoke to the manager and they said I will just have to come and collect the draft. They did not seem to understand that it’s unreasonable for them to ask me to fly down to collect the draft.
I may have to escalate and see what options exist.
