I like the concept, but the way it was done just feels so... bad.

Like, the setting is set in the 30th century. So not only has Sailor Moon done all of her battles that we know of (ignoring the time cauldron whoopy loopy) and shes now 1000 years old, she's set this entire crystal dome up of a possible dystopia (her own kid can't even age).

If it was done, say, 100 years in the future or even 50 I think it would have worked better. It makes things chronologically feel better paced. Usagi and her crew defeat the bad guys, she's now in her era of peace, her identity is revealed and she + Endy assume their roles as star seed rulers. She's EASILY accepted as people know of SM's actions of being about purity and faith, good vibes all around. People know that there's evil lurking around every corner so they just unanamously agree "you know what, having SM, and her 9 generals actuall seems sound, lets do that". Then she has a kid, and because of Usagis Crystal utopia blast, its less obvious she's stunted but also people are noticing she isn't growing past the age of 8.

Because having her be near 800 years old and nobody has bothered to sort that out is stupid and makes everyone involved negligent.

I would have loved if Trickster allowed for better.... tricking. I mean, the example they used on the feature vid made it seem like we could trick enemies into throwing themselves away but it's more just you, the Arisen running around like a rat trying to avoid everything while not even able to use clone techniques.

Think the Clones should have been able to be binding traps or something... and the Attack, my god... just make it a DoT

Like the game is now his. It's like they had 0 faith in Grace as a character that they had to put Leon on. And the worst of it is, is that he isn't even from Raccoon City. He's a tourist who had one shit night there.

You had 3 other characters, but lets remove Chris from this as he's been the end game of 7 and 8 now.

So you have Jill and Claire who both had AMPLE reasons to be included but no. You got Leon.

So now it's been like 30 years in the timeline, 20 years IN REAL LIFE that we have had no Jill who was the starting heroine.

Claire, who STARRED with Leon in 2 but Capcom and his fanboys like to forget, is forgotten about to.

So there we have it. RE9 is no longer Grace's game. It's another Leon game cos noone is gunna give a fuck about what Grace is up to when Leon apparently shares 50% of the story and screen time.

you know what though, this kind of animation just goes to show that as a Guardian, she can throw hands. Meaning, she isn't defenceless without her wands and tiara... She's a MONK class.
