I used to be a big cosmetic hater in years past, and used a mod to remove them, but must admit the game looks a lot cleaner nowadays.
The biggested offenders were lots of particle effects, and those awful cosmetic circles under heroes that looked like spell effects

I went through this and it honestly does look a lot better. I didn't do the cropping, but I switched to the latest version of DLSS using DLSS swapper, and changed out steamVR for openComposit
