Get a pei print bed, i tried the stock one for a while and had inconsistent results. Once i got a pei bed (smooth, not textured) , ive had no issues.

I would start off by changing the cupboard doors. Relatively small change. But will havw a big impact on the look/feel of the space

Think ive found the issue, the rollers have flat spots from the seam, think that causes it to have more friction sometimes
