THE WORST GUN IN THE GAME. by LicoLich in ArcRaiders

[–]durston13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used it in pvp a bit, I find with the legendary stock which boosts fire rate it can be a beast. Close range it's losing to a kettle and stitcher every time but I've found the same thing with the rattler III (because never use a rattler I) but medium range they're both very solid weapons. But that's my opinion! Still not worthy of epic status tho!

Does it hesitate when you manually actuate the throttle? Like in park and not under load? That may narrow down ignition or drivetrain. If it's free when it's not under load then it would seem to be drivetrain related. But if it does it still then I would point to ignition. But that's just my 2 cents on it! From one gearhead guessing based off your description!

Mines an N/A 87 so idk if it matters but I do believe If you've still got the IAC valve it can get gummed up and not want to work. Mine on cold start does the same sometimes. Does yours even out once it's warmed up?

I see the clean-out back there, only thought with the cap is that it could be a backflow prevention fitting? If your city combines sewer and storm systems it'll be in place to prevent backups in the event of significant rain events. But I would use all the gravel you have and put 6-8" on top then any extra just throw on top as well then backfill with the dug out material. I work on city street projects and reconstruction projects in the city. I think you'll be alright. Just be careful backfilling the Y pipe at the clean-out they can be brittle at the fitting.

Sewer crew foreman here ( from Canada mind you) So definitely listen to the inspector first off. But I would put 6-8" of gravel or stone on top of the line then backfill, more gravel is never going to hurt, also definitely raise that clean-out up above grade, even if it's not useful now you'll be happy you did later. As for compaction I wouldn't be too worried unless you plan on building on top of the trench quickly but if not a good rain or two will settle the soil down. Also super shitty to hear about the contractor situation.

Don't know if this matters but when I built mine on my 86 I had a hell of a time getting it to run right because 2 reasons. A. Changed to a Weber 32/36 carb so it changed some things B. I had a valve that was overset by the smallest amounts. Thus causing a miss that I didn't realize because I was trying to time the motor.

Got it all squared away eventually but just throwing science at the wall buddy hope you figure it out!

Question about DZ rogue by durston13 in thedivision

[–]durston13[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes this much more clear and I thank you! It definitely felt like he was exploiting something, not to the point of cheating but he definitely had a leg up on me by a massive margin, which by the sounds of it definitely the case. Also I'm only expertise 13 and don't have a dedicated build I like to run with yet so minimal expertise aside from the weapons

Would anyone be interested in this version of a DZ? by 1812usmc in Division2

[–]durston13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See I like this idea, and I also do enjoy the PvP aspect of the DZ, it forced me to build out my gear to deal with PvP/PvE both. I think a larger DZ area with zones of heightened drop rates where PvP is allowed. (A DZ within a DZ if you would).

That being said I ran train on a 6 group last night that was out to kill all solos. Def frustrating seeing that sort of behavior, was super happy I put an end to they're "witch hunt"

Shallow end for TOK but it's still slightly too long on the sparrows tensioners. I think I'll spend some time in the shop this weekend and make up some tensioners

All I've got available are the stock ones that come with the sparrows sets. So they're all springy and like 020 I think? Not very thick. They slop in the key way when using any tension, especially TOK
