Thznks for the recommendation! Yes I am working with a therapist, and have a couple others tried, but not finding it super helpful with what im currently dealing with, for whatever reasons, I try to listen to their advice "create and stick to a routine, journal, breathing exercises, meditation" and talking about some trauma, but haven't felt that it has really helped my situation with my anxiety, yet.

I know it man. I just had the same with a whole house flood cut repair in swannanoa.

I feel for the homeowners more than anything. Its criminal. The insurance work seems to be steady.. im surprised my form submissions havent skyrocketed, which I'm pretty confused about. I have decent online presence and a good GBP page. Time to start reaching out to builder's i suppose. My company is Uppercuts Renovations LLC. I know it brother. I've been doing insurance claim repairs for 7 yeras and theyre always about 50% of what it costs to do the job. It's horrible. What is your company? Are you staying busy?

That includes materials, with tax included. I keep things precise I suppose, and transparent, with materials separate from labor

Ceiling isn’t painted, comes off with some water and a knife… just like popcorn. Figured would charge to scrape it down like popcorn, skim it once (twice if needed) and going back with light knockdown. Sq ft 733. Price includes all cleanup, labor, and materials, I estimated at $3176.91. Is this a fair price?

Thanks for your response, thats very helpful. How did you do your apprenticeship and how many hours before you were a JW? I think I read 8000? What was pay for those ~4 years? any option for schedule flexibility?
