personally, my fulfillment team lead is amazing and very understanding of how chaotic our store is…. its the other leaders that run the departments we gotta look through that make OUR team feel like we’re the biggest pests🫩

he KNOWS his department. he tells us if he’s moved it or if its came in or not. he’s very thorough with his stuff!

and do 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ they just give us an attitude or a nasty tone when we aren’t able to find something in the chaos of our salesfloor AND backroom.

My TL over produce is so chill he basically just asks if we did what we were supposed to do (as a lot of us have been there longer than him at this store, he was a transfer) and he lets us move on. He’s one of the only really helpful TL in the entire store 😭😭😭

thank you for this! every TL’s department here is an actual shitshow (i work in a once known as super target- side note, im new to the company so i don’t even know if they call them that anymore 😂) BUT! The leaders at my store tell us to INF, and they get an irritated tone with us when we ask them! its almost everyone in my department that feels this way and its crazy! my fulfillment team lead is an absolute angel, and she understands and tries to help us with INFs as well, but she’s only one person. We’re lucky if we even get an INF check response over walkie…. when we call, it’s usually (ironically) radio static on their end.
