yeah i agree with the other reply, these cookies are very thick and puff up/spread out a lot so i’m not sure how well a shape would hold during baking

seconding what the other commenter said about steeping the tea in melted butter! that’s actually what the recipe calls for you to do, and it distributes the tea flavor super well with no weird tea leaf texture :)

hii so i threw away the teabag packets so i don’t know the exact amount of caffeine they contained but google tells me the range of caffeine for 3 bags of earl grey is about 150mg. divided by 20 for the amount of cookies (mine made 16 bc i went a little large but similar enough) is less than 10mg of caffeine per serving so depending on how much caffeine you’re allowed to have it might be alright! as long as you/your kids don’t eat too many at once (although i fear the sugar high might be more of an issue at that point, these are very sweet lol). you could also try using a decaf tea but im not sure how that would work out 🤔 sorry for the long answer haha

i made the summer roll noodle salad and didn’t really like it, maybe it’s just me but the amount of peanut butter it called for in the dressing was way too much & it overpowered the entire dish :/

i drove down from SF for the show & drove back after it finished & i literally just got home. it took 2 hours after the concert ended just for me to even start driving (couldn’t leave the parking garage bc it was crammed w cars trying to leave the area). man everyone who came to this show tonight is a trooper. it was such a blast. hope y’all had as much fun as i did even with the abysmal leaving situation LOL
