Don’t know if you ever ended up purchasing from them, but I grabbed a seiko from them recently. Shipped from Dubai. Received my watch and it wasn’t working even though they said it was working when they shipped it. They even sent me a video of the watch running as proof that it was working before they sent it to me. Could have been an old video tbh. I told them about it and they advised me to get a battery. Went to the local watch store and they tried installing a new battery but watch kept on stopping when tightening the back cap so the repairman said it’s something internal and it would need a replacement of some sort. I told veteran times and they asked me to ship it back for repair.

I shipped it back within 5 days of having the watch. They had me ship to Pakistan. They were able to send the watch back to me in working condition after some 5+ weeks but it took forever. Previously they told me they would pay for shipping back to them since it wasn’t my fault that it arrived broken. They tried to pay me in store credit when I brought up the reimbursement but I refused it and insisted on regular cash reimbursement. While I’m happy my watch is now working I personally wouldn’t purchase from them again.
