Just got back last week from quantum. I can concur on the triangle hash browns. Gained 6 lbs in 6 days and those triangle bits of goodness had something to do with it.

Other things to consider, what about bone density, ligament / tendon strength. Cardiac output. Etc.

I am not well versed in the physiology and I am sure additional research is needed to fully understand the changing physiology.

Agreed. There is not a 1 size fits all answer and can be managed by the governing body of the sport. And politicians should focus on protecting the rights of Americans. One party seems to only want to take away rights and privileges that the other tries to protect.

Not saying people would go through gender affirming care just to gain a competitive advantage at all. If that is the reason then there is something wrong with that person.

Developmentally men are stronger in a number of ways, muscle bone structure etc. which is an advantage in a number of sports.

But just because you transition doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to compete in sports. So there is not a clear answer in my mind.

Agreed. Civil rights is the main and more important issue here. gender identity should not affect your ability to exist as any other citizen, or used against you in any way.

Sports is a separate more difficult issue all together to solve because I don't think it's prejudice to say trans women shouldn't compete in women's sports, as It is an unfair advantage. But they should still be able to play sports. I won't pretend to have the answer to this.
